It's amazing how many truly impactful discoveries happen by chance. Such is the story for Zymbol, a unique brand of jewelry that is designed to share a message with those around you, whether you are wearing one of these accessories yourself or giving it to someone special. What started as a simple sketched phrase to pass along wisdom to her family has become a one-of-a-kind symbol with a multitude of meanings.

Jewelry maker Sally Short didn’t realize as she doodled a few letters to spell out “Love is All U Need” that she would change her life. As it turns out, stacking these letters on top of one another created the perfect combination of lines for every letter of the alphabet, something her son helped her see. Now, she and her family offer this symbol in the form of bracelets, pendants, earrings and more for the world to enjoy. They have even inspired several tattoos. People find their “zymbol” to be that meaningful, but in their own way because they are able to choose. It is simply a matter of uncovering your own motivation and spelling out what matters to you.

Choose from silver, gold, wood or acrylic on chain or leather, whatever matches your style best. After all, that’s what Sally and her family are all about. I love the versatility, and I am a big believer in following your heart to find your own vision. Never have I found a jewelry more perfectly suited for this than Zymbol. What makes each purchase even more special is that the Shorts donate a piece for every one sold to their local children's hospital to share the love and inspiration. What message do you see?
